Who runs the sessions?

I do — every one of them, myself. The Heart of Life Session, Embodied Alignment, QHHT and each week of the Retreat are all held by me, Lucy, in English or 中文.

Nothing is handed to anyone else, and nothing is pre-recorded. If we work together, it’s the two of us.

Can I ask questions before I book?

Please do. If you’re wondering how a session actually runs, what happens in it, whether it’s the right one for you, or anything else at all — ask first. Nothing has to be decided, and nothing has to be paid.

Where do sessions happen?

The Heart of Life Session and Embodied Alignment run online via Zoom, or in person when we happen to be in the same place. Sonic Sound Hypnosis was developed for exactly this reason, because people wanted to work with me who don’t live near me.

QHHT is in person only — that method isn’t done online. I travel, so if you’d like to meet in person, message me first and we’ll see where we both are.

Is the Heart of Life Session hypnosis?

It’s closer to a guided meditation with music. You do some breathwork, you listen to me sing, you relax — and then we talk while you’re relaxed. That’s all it is. You’re not unconscious and you’re not out of control.

It’s my own method, called Sonic Sound Hypnosis. Because hypnosis is part of it, your consent is confirmed out loud before we begin, and you can pause or stop at any moment.

The other two are different. QHHT is Dolores Cannon’s established method, and hypnosis is the heart of it rather than one part. Embodied Alignment involves no hypnosis at all.

What happens after I book?

I’ll contact you myself to arrange your times. It isn’t an automatic calendar — it’s me, personally.

So please leave your details correctly at checkout: your email address, and your WhatsApp or Line number. That is how I reach you, and if I can’t reach you I can’t book you in.

If you’ve booked three Heart of Life Sessions, I’ll also ask for your postal address, so your ritual oils reach you before we begin.

How long do I have to use my sessions?

It depends which one, because they don’t all work the same way.

The Heart of Life SessionOne session within 1 month. Three within 3 months.

Embodied AlignmentOne session within 1 month. Three within 2 months. Ten within 5 months.

The alignment windows are shorter on purpose. That work changes the body through repetition, so sessions spread too far apart stop building on each other — it simply isn’t as effective dragged out.

The Retreat11 consecutive weeks where possible, completed within 4 months — the momentum is part of how it works.

What if I need to move a session?

Just let me know at least 24 hours before and we’ll find another time. If a session is missed with no notice, it counts as taken. Emergencies are emergencies — tell me and we’ll sort it out.

How much is shipping?

Within Taiwan, shipping is NT$222 — free on orders over NT$1,500.

Everywhere else, shipping is US$33 — free on orders over US$77.

Free shipping is worked out on your order total before shipping is added, and it applies automatically at checkout.

What’s in the oils?

Our oils are thoughtfully sourced from different places and created in different ways. Some are pure Egyptian essential oils, some are essential oils sourced from elsewhere, and some are blended with carrier oils depending on how they’re intended to be used.

What they share is simple: no alcohol and no synthetic fragrance.

How is it packaged?

Beautifully and intentionally, meant to feel like a small, unexpected delight when opened.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship wherever local customs and our carriers allow, and we’ll always do our best to get your order to you.

If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your country, just message us before ordering and we’ll find out together. If a restriction only becomes clear after you’ve placed your order, we’ll refund you in full.

What if something arrives damaged?
